Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the Client must have completed the entire program offered by KO Digital Agency. Partially completed programs or services are subject to the agency if the client is eligible for a refund.

Refund Amount: Refunds will be calculated based on the full price of the services at the time of purchase, and not on any discounted or promotional rates. Any outstanding balances owed by the Client, including late fees or additional charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Approval and Denial of Refund Requests: The Company retains the sole discretion to approve or deny refund requests. Refunds are subject to review, and approval will be based on the compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Violation of Agreement Terms: Clients who violate the terms and conditions of the program agreement may waive their right to a refund. Any breach of the agreement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the Company's decision regarding a refund will be final.

Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days from the completion of the program. Requests received after the 30-day period will not be considered for a refund.

Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, the Client must send a written request to Info@KODigital.Agency within the specified timeframe. The refund request should include the Client's full name, program details, reasons for the refund, and any relevant supporting documentation.

Refund Processing: Once a refund request is received, the Company will review the request and respond within [3] business days. If the refund is approved, the Company will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and will be issued only to the original payment method used during the initial purchase.

Non-refundable Services: Certain services or products offered by KO Digital Agency may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, this policy does not apply, and no refund will be provided for those specific items.
